We have so much division in the world today. It seems out of control. I was influenced to write a song of acceptance and unity. Awareness and plight.
This song is a ballad of big sound with fewer instrumentation. A big move to the uplifting resolve of the solo. Some really cool slide guitar work as an outro.
lyrics
The world it crumbles below our feet
You must always watch where you step
The fuel of this fire the results of what we've sown
Without flowers no seeds will grow
This is a test of our generation
We must always learn from the past
So I ask you now whats your hesitation
Silly humans you must elevate past
You can choose to see a Rainbow
You can choose to see black and white
You can choose to see with your angry eyes
Even though you know deep down its not right
All you need do is look around
You've been divided and now you will fall
These leaders thrive and drive you in the ground
Silly humans its time to stand tall
You can choose to see a Rainbow
You can choose to see black and white
You can choose to see with your angry eyes
Even though you know deep down its not right
